What set’s Coach Sperry apart, among many other things, is his ability to make those things stick — not just the new and never tried, but the things that a kid may have been told a thousand times but have never really absorbed. It can make a tangible difference in a player’s mindset — improving motivation and raising confidence — making a noticeable impact on performance.
